BISEP Shipping Policy

Free Shiping- Most locations BISEP ships to have the availability of free next day or free 2 day delivery. If either of these services is not available in your area, free standard ground shipping (5-10 business days) is provided. Other paid expedited shipping options may be available. Shipping is calculated at checkout. Standard Orders will ship within 48 hours, and arrive within 5-10 business days. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding major holidays. Please note – There are no outgoing shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

Tracking information is created when the shipping company picks up your order from our warehouse location. They will scan your package and transmit the data to us, which immediately results in us sending you an email which includes your tracking number.

Shipping Cut-Off Time: Expedited Orders: placed before 3:00PM Eastern Standard time on business days will ship the same day as you placed your order. Orders received after 3:00PM EST will ship on the next business day. Business days are Monday – Friday excluding major holidays. There are no outgoing shipments on Saturdays, Sundays or major holidays.

BISEP INC. is not responsible for delays in shipping or shipping damage due to carrier. Delivery will be to the address you supply. BISEP INC. cannot be responsible for address errors provided by the buyer. Shipping notifications and tracking number will be automatically sent to the e-mail address you provide. Some areas will have longer shipping times such as: Alaska and Hawaii.
